I was born and raised in the Northeast, but my mother was a lovely Southern woman who taught me to love cornbread, collards, grits and great Southern food. Married with 3 grown children, it was an easy decision for us to retire to the Triangle area. I had gone to both undergraduate and graduate school here and had kept in touch with many friends over the years. After retiring from the corporate world in 2014, I went into real estate in April 2015; absolutely love it! The best part of real estate is meeting truly wonderful people and forging new relationships that last well past the closings. Hobbies include reading, vegetable gardening (where I am constantly losing out to the rabbits and squirrels), and swimming.
